Is our team required to reserve our hotel block through Premier Sports Travel in order to participate in the tournament?

Some events DO require your team to secure accommodations through PST. If your event is a “Stay-To-Play” program, it will be clearly stated on the event hotel page.

Can we use one credit card to reserve and hold ALL rooms requested in the team block?

Yes. However, we do not recommend that you do this unless absolutely necessary. Your credit card will be responsible for all rooms. If there is a late cancellation or a no-show, your card will be charged a penalty.  It is preferred that each reservation should have its own individual credit card to guarantee.

What is the deadline to cancel my teams ENTIRE block without a penalty?

The standard to cancel a group block is 30 days unless otherwise stated. Charging a cancellation penalty is at the discretion of the hotel. Cancellation policies for individual reservations vary by hotel, however, individual cancellations made inside 48 hours of arrival, can result in a one-night charge.

Can I, as the team leader, contact the hotel directly to make our group block?

Please do not contact the hotel directly. As a part of our agreement with the hotel, they will not take your reservation directly. It’s important to reserve and make any necessary changes through the Premier Sports Travel directly to ensure accuracy and event rules are followed.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Can I use and/or receive hotel reward points for my team during our stay?

Hotel reward programs vary from property to property, however, if you have booked your team block through Premier Sports Travel, each family will be able to receive points for their stay. Reward Points are not available to use for your stay due to the group rate rules and your guaranteed lowest rate available.

When will we receive our final confirmation number from the hotel?

You will receive an instant confirmation to your email address immediately following your reservation.

How does our team complete the rooming list online?

Are complimentary rooms available for our coach if we book a certain number of rooms? How many rooms are required for each complimentary room?

The complimentary room night policy varies by hotel and tournament. If complimentary room nights are offered it can be found in the hotel's description listed in bold lettering. If your team earns any complimentary room nights, you will receive an email 1-2 weeks prior to arrival asking how you would like them to be applied.
